Interesting. I took a break from tech to raise my kids and am now enrolled in a PMP certification program. I have electives to take. A recruiter just told me to get agile certified in any way but scrum. Then he threw out a bunch of buzz words and said to do that (too many to list). I asked how any of this differed from the way I led projects in the early aughts and he said nothing has changed but the words and I need to know the magic words if I’m ever to work in tech again. So then, what are the words that I need to certify myself with so my resume will look good and I’ll be granted the chance to lead projects again?
